Registration error

Hi there I'm a student and my course requires me to have the latest installment of Maya so that I can become fimiliar with the program. Well when I installed it to my laptop I entered the serial number and product key provided within the email I got. But an error kept coming up everytime I entered the serial number and product key provided. I just retried it once more and the same registration error came up it is error 10.15 and is preventing me from using Maya for a quiz that I need turned in.

Hello. Your description does not quite make sense to me. “But an error kept coming up everytime I entered the serial number and product key provided.

 

What error and when are you getting it? Do you have a screenshot? There is not enough to go on so far. Are you having an issue installing or activating?

Hey there this Eric Peralta and it has to do with the activation. I have the program installed but when I enter the serial number and product key. The error pops up.
