REGISTERING 2009 LT

My Computer crashed several weeks ago

I reinstalled AutCad LT 2009

when I went to register it I keep getting an error message saying the serial number is not valid

Does anyone have an answer.

The 2009 is retired and probably may have been upgraded under Subscription or had Subscription lapse.  Most of the time, you are still okay though.  This this for more information:
