Register Once "Your product cannot be registered in United States. (7)"

Hello. I have ran into a bit of trouble when trying to obtain the activation codes to my copy of "Autodesk Building Design Suite Ultimate 2014". I bought my copy in Australia and have obtained my serial no. from Autodesk. I was then prompted to "Register one" where i filled in the required details and click next and received this error message "Your product cannot be registered in United States. (7)" I was hoping someone could tell me if i did something incorrect or where I need to go to register for Australia ? Look forward to hearing from you, Justin

You need to be in Australia to activate your purchased-in-aussie software.

Welcome aboard.  Just to be clear: are you still in Australia, or are you actually trying to operate this software in the US?
