Regarding AutoCAD licensing

Hello All,

I'm Arjun from India. I own a small foundry unit in India with annual turnover of just above INR 25 millions.

My Foundry unit is considered as a 'Small Scale Industry' as per the Ministry of Commerce guidelines. 

Currently, I'm outsourcing the design for casting patterns.

Could you please suggest me which Autodesk version would be affordable and productive for Casting? ( At present, I can afford to pay INR 100 grands Max)

Also, are there any incentives for Small Scale Industries who are willing to purchase AutoCAD?
