Recently we changed the licensing server MAC address

Recently we changed the licensing server MAC address, after that Autodesk not opening.In license.dat file changed the mac address and restarted server still same.FLEXnet Licensing error:-97,121

Hello Krishna and welcome to the Community!

 

The error -97,121 usually means the license file has wrong host ID(MAC ID), please refer to the error information .

 

If the MAC ID was changed on the Server, the networked product needs a new license file based on the new MAC ID. Please request for the new license file by RegisterOnce , or contact our Assistance Team for directly support.

 

Once you get the new license file, please replace the old license file on the server and confirgure the License Manager again.

the licenseing doesn't work that way

if the mac address changes you need a new license file
