re-installing autocad 2010 update

Hi, I need to install Autocad 2010 update from Autocad 2007 on a new computer. Do I need to install Autocad 2007 before the 2010 update or I can go ahead and install Autocad 2010 update alone ?

Upgrades do not require that the previous product is installed.  Just install 2010 and you should be good to go.
