RE-Installation Problems and plotting issues

i had student autocad installed on my computer.  My computer crashed and I had to reinstall autocad on it.  First it wouldn't let me reinstall it using install and download command and then i installed it using wed download.  And after the installation it doesn't open.  Can you guys please help me out ASAP.  I have projects due and I can't work on em cause of this issue.  I was also having plot issues before so i also need help in that.

Welcome to the community Afsana!

Did the install complete without any errors? Can you please check your install log to verify?

Thanks for replying back.  How do I check the install log?

You're welcome Afsana!

The install log access instructions are detailed in the previously provided link. Specifically:

1) Click Start menu (Windows) > Run.

2) In the Run dialog box, enter %TEMP% and click OK.

3) Click View menu > Details, and then click the Date Modified column header twice so that the most recent files are listed at the top.

4) The log file is generally called <Product Name>.log.
