Raster Design works on one profile, but not the other
I have installed AutoCAD Civil 3D 2013 and Raster Design 2013. I can load the Raster Design tools on one profile, but then when another user logs into the same computer he cannot load any Raster Design tools. There isnt an option to turn on the toolbar. Civil 3D works fine on his account. Both are admins on the PC and I have tried to reinstall Raster under his profile and the same thing happens.
