"Invalid" Administrative Path

I'm attempting to create an AutoCAD 2014 Deployment. When using the UNC path below, the installer returns the following error:

Path: \\ami-roc-fs01.companyname.com\Deployments\AutoCAD Base\

2014-09-25_0950.png

Unless it's the dashes in the path, I don't see which characters are causing the error. I've even tried removing the spaces but received the same results.

Any help would be appreciated. Thanks.

Try using the UNC path without the FQDN.  It would be implied when on the domain anyway.  Just use the NetBIOS UNC.

\\ami-roc-fs01\share

Thanks Travis. Turns out it was a permissions issue with our network share.

Thanks for the follow-up.  I generally give the built-in everyone account full write access to the share.  Eliminates any weirdness like that.  Glad you got it fixed!
