I have tried to access my download section area from 2 diferent providers here in South of Brazil, in 2 computers and also with 2 browsers in which, IE9 and Chrome. When I click the button "Get your upgrade now" the browser starts trying to connect to "salesforce.com" but nothing loads. I am trying to download the Autodesk Premium package x64, please help me.
Hi Miha,
I've also made the necessary correction to your account which should resolve the blank screen / SFDC looping issue. Please allow at least 15-30 minutes for the changes to become visible on your end. If it doesn't clear it up, please send me a Private Message (click on my philip.s profile name and then "Send this user a private message") with your password or permission to reset it and I'll troubleshoot accordingly.
As mentioned earlier, anyone who finds themselves in a similar situation can also download current release software directly from the corresponding Trials page, and current + previous version software from Matt, our Virtual Assistant.
Hi,
I still have same looping issue. Can you please check again.
I have downloaded Navisworks 2014 from virtual assistant, but I need serial number.
BR,
Miha
Hi.
I'm also having a looping issue when trying to download the latest version of autocad from my subscription website. I've tried to use Chrome Version 26.0.1410.43 and IE 8.0.7601.17514 on a seperate PC. Both give the same results. Please help as I have a few users down due a PC crash, this is the last piece to get them back to work.
Thanks,
Matt

Hi Miha,
I just sent you a Private Message confirming that we are still troubleshooting the looping error (thanks again for your patience) and confirmed that as your Navisworks entitlement is included in your Building Design Suite license, you would not be able to activate Navisworks until the 2014 suite has been released. I also wanted to point out that you would need to uninstall the software and reinstall as the suite package at that time as well.

Hi Matt,
I've also just made an adjustment to your account. As mentioned above, please send me a Private Message (click on my philip.s profile name and then "Send this user a private message") with your password or permission to reset if you're still experiencing the looping error after a half hr or so.
Additionally, can also download current release software directly from the corresponding Trials page, and current + previous version software from Matt, our Virtual Assistant, however it looks like you also have a license of Autodesk Product Design Suite, of which the 2014 release is not out yet.
I'm having the same issue with trying to download products that we purchased this morning- the endless loop when I click 'download upgrades'.
Hi Mike,
Confirming that the looping issue with your download page should now be resolved. As I had to reset your password, to verify, I'll be sending the updated login info to you via email following this post. My apologies for the inconvenience and please let us know if we can be of additional support.
