Programs for Maya 2015 will not install

Hi there

 

I am able to install Maya 2015 but Mental Ray Renderer and Direct Connect will not.  I saw the solution for a Temp file folder, but I already have one, and I have also installed DirectX.  I'm stumped.  Help would be appreciated since I have a project for one of my classes that I will need to begin rendering within the next couple of weeks.   I have attached error documents for both.  Overall, the error was 1603.

Install	Autodesk® DirectConnect 2015	Failed	Download Failed, Installation aborted, Result=1603

 I would recommend that you try downloading your product using the virtual assistant by following the directions here:

http://knowledge.autodesk.com/support/autocad/troubleshooting/caas/sfdcarticles/sfdcarticles/How-to-...
