I installed a SSD on my computer and moved my operating system to that drive and reinstalled all of my software. However, every time I start AutoSketch 10 I get the product registration dialog, time after time after time.... It shows me my serial number (stand-along, single computer) and when I go through the registration process I get an email saying:
Thank you for registering your Autodesk product. The information you provide helps us serve you better in the future and helps you stay informed about Autodesk products and services.
This product does not require activation and is ready for use.
Serial Number: xxx-xxxxxxxxx
Product: ASK
Sincerely,
Autodesk Global Business Services
I have tried uninstalling, deleting the installation directory, purging the registry from anything that included "autosketch", rebooting, and reinstalling. However, nothing seems to work.
I'd really like to not have that dialog pop up every time. Is there something I can do to make the registration "stick"?
