I would greatly appreciate your help with my issue. Why is my product not being displayed in my account page? I need to download it.
In my Account page, the product I purchased (3DS Max 2012) is not displayed. I recently lost a machine and I'm trying to do a fresh install. If you were wondering, I registered the product.
I don't see a way to enter a support ticket for this, the Autodesk support website does not indicate there is a way to enter a ticket.
Please help!

You can download your 2012 software as follows:
Lets try to use our new virtual agent called Matthew as follows:
1. Go to http://www.autodesk.com
2. Click on Contact Us
3. Click on Customer Service
4. Click on Virtual Agent "Ask"
5. Once the Virtual Agent opens:
Select the 5th Choice "Downloading and Installation"
Now select 1st choice "Software Download links"
Now select the 2nd choice "I need to re-download my product"
Select your product
You are now presented with the choice to download your software.

I need my serial and product Key too though. I have another product that I purchased and it's viewable in my account page. Is there a way to enter tickets? this appears to be a bug in the AutoDesk Accounts page.

You can also obtain this information from your subscription page as follows:
Your Coverage Report contains details of your Subscription contract, including the account type, number of seats per license, level of support available, and list of products on Subscription.
To run your Coverage Report:
1. Sign into Subscription Center and from the main menu on the left, click Contract Administration.
2. From the main menu, click Coverage Report.
3. Click on the appropriate contract number.
