Product Design Suite Premium 2015 - The Autodesk license server cannot be found

We just purchased this software yesterday but have been unable to get any of the programs to initialized.  We have tried both the repair and reinstall options after initially applying the software updates to no avail.  System is Windows 7 Pro 64bit running on a new Dell Precision T3610 with 32gb of ram. Installed latest directx runtime, disabled firewalls & A/V software, disabled ipv6, nothing works.  Eventually registered the product online but still unable to get it to work and unable to find any fix for this issue in forums, please help!

The first two things to check are:
1) System clock -- both the time and the time zone need to be set correctly.
2) Proxy and Internet settings. You can edit the settings in the Internet Options control panel > Connections tab > LAN settings button.
