Product activated too many times?

Hello,
ive recently upgraded both my laptop and computer which intern has required me to reinstall Ads Max on both. But as ive come to do it on my newly graded PC I get a licensing failure saying ive reached the maximum license activations.  In need this software for my university course and cannot do my course without it. vive tried to find a way of contacting technical support directly But the website keeps leading me here.
Can anyone help?

I need to activate my licenses for 3DS Max 2014 and 3DS Max 2013.

hello thankyou for the reply. yes ive tried going through that method yet everytime i go throught the processes of selecting all the various options it keeps directing me back to this forum rather than giving me any option to contact them directly. Either that or i must me doing it wrong.
