Problems with serial number for 3 years student trial

Hi,
I have problem with serial number for AutoCad 2015 for students. (This is The same problem from this forum)
Can you help me with this? I'm really want to study this program 🙂

Can you run in 30-day trial mode while you wait for your serial number to be generated?

There are a couple different issues on the link you provided but if you are having Education Community account related issues including issues requesting a serial number, please contact the education team directly by filling out this Problem Form. Otherwise did you try the suggestions provided on the previous thread? Thanks!
