Hi and welcome to the Community.

I would suggest manually installing or repairing .Net 4.5 from Microsoft or from within the extracted exe. http://www.microsoft.com/en-gb/download/details.aspx?id=30667 the prerequisites should all be within the download. Get them on and see how you go. http://www.microsoft.com/en-gb/download/details.aspx?id=30653

if that fails I would suggest redownloading the product you need from the Virtual MAnager or Subscription... http://knowledge.autodesk.com/support/autocad/troubleshooting/caas/sfdcarticles/sfdcarticles/How-to-...
