Problems with Download

Hi,

I've just downloaded Autodesk Inventor 2015 professional, but I noticed that my computer doesn't have all required components. So I decided that I will download Autodesk Inventor 2014 professional. I downloaded setup exe for Autodesk Inventor 2014 professional, which unfortunately simply doesn't download the whole programm on my computer. I also wonder if I'm going to get a new serial number and product key on my email? Please help me. Thank you.

Your serial number for all of your requested products from the Education Community will be the same, just the product key will be different. Can you explain a little further about your download issue? Did you see an error? Is the desktop icon missing? Were you able to complete the installation or no? More details would be great! Thanks!
