Good day to you, I´m a student and register on your page on a student account, but when I download your Autodesk invertor and I want install it I lose connection with your page, when I click on a help or any other page it just write Oooops! More people in our class have problems, that´s a reason why I write you, so my answer is, is your server OK? Thanks for your response. Mason96cz

I would recommend that you try downloading your product using the virtual assistant by following the directions here:
