Problems with Autodesk Licensing [AutoCAD 2014]

Hi all,

For the past few days, I've been trying to install AutoCAD 2014 into my computer. However, during installation, I would get a message saying, "The installer has encountered an unexpected error installing this package. This may indiciate a problem with this package. The error code is 2738." (I have uninstalled and reinstalled the program about fifteen times already.) I downloaded the 32-bit AutoCAD 2014 version and today, the error didn't show up. As I opened the program, it would freeze at "checking licensing...". I should also note that when the error code 2738 did show up and I still opened the program that it would also stop at "checking licensing". I already have the product key and serial number, but I just can't seem to get past this stage, and it's quite frustrating...It would literally be stuck like this for hours.

This is a brutal error.  You can try these 2 posts.  The first one is easy the other one is harder to do...
