Problems with activation

Hi ,

Having successfully installed t splines from this site to my home computer i'm having trouble getting my account to work again as when i log in it always gives the following message,"

 

Your account has not yet been activated. If you have not received your activation email, please enter your email address below to resend the email"

 

When i enter my details it says that it is already activated and any further action results in the same initial message so just goes round in circles.

I'm trying to instal the T-splines for Rhino onto my work computer but this has halted it.

Hi c.muir and welcome to the forums.

 

I've made a couple of changes to your account and you should now be able to access the Education Community normally. Please, clear your browser's cache and cookies, close and reopen your browser and log in to the Education Community.
