Problems with ACAD 2011 installation of software using windows xp

I have tried several times to instal ACAD 2011 without success. I keep getting the following error msg ...

CRC failed in x86\en-US\acad\Acad\Program FIles\Root\HelpHtml\images\PTDCPM\Hammer-AUG\toolpalettes_02_se.png ...

does anyone know what this means and how do I correct it?

It is corrupt installation source.

If you have downloaded, please try to download it again,

if you are installing from a DVD please try to copy the content to the local disk to install.
