Problems during Installation progress

Hello,

 

My name is Gonzalo and I have a new computer with Windows 8.1. 

I´ve been trying to install products like Autodesk Showcase 2015, Autodesk 3ds Max Dessign 2015 and Autodesk 3ds Max Dessign 2014, all of them for 64bit processor and with 3-year free student license.

 

In all the cases I had the same problem: I run the installation and in the beggining of the progress, when 560Mb aprox. were already downloaded, the download speed began to descend from 2Mb/s till 1b/s. The remaining time was like 1212 years and obviously I had to stop the download. First I thought It was a problem with my connection, but I tried to download it at the University and I had the same problem.

 

If you have any solution to my problem please reply me.

I would recommend that you try downloading your product using the virtual assistant by following the directions here:
