Problem with the installation of AutoDesk 3ds Max 2011.

I've had a problem with the installation of AutoDesk 3ds Max 2011. I tried to download it again but has thrown me the same error:

Followed by the message:  "Some installation files are corrupt. Please download a fresh copy and retry the installation".

the only thing to fix it is to re download again

turn off firewall and disable antivirus software

Thanks, that solved the problem, but now I found another... Where is part two? the installation stops and asks me for the "following volume" and I can't find it anywhere.

Again, appreciate your help please.
