Problem with media

My subscription to the Product Design Suite ended in October. I have not downloaded the media so far and now I cannot get to the Subscription Center to download or order them. Is there a way out of this situation?

The program is Autodesk Product Design Suite Premium 2013. Can I ask for a link to the 32 bit and 64 bit?
