Problem with Inventor 2011 Product Code

I have an expired trial version on a 32 bit system running vista.  I want to transfer my license to this machine so I used the transfer utility so send the license back, then ran IV on the vista machine, pressed activate and it doesnt like the product code.  I have a license file but there is no option to use the file.

How do I get it running on the other machine?

Start->All programs->Autodesk->Inventor 2011, launch License transfer utility, input your serial number and import your license file. make sure you have installed the same flavor on your new OS.
