Problem with installation ACAD 2013 error code 2738

Hello everyone,

I have been trying to install autocad for many hours... and nothing. I am forced to ask about help. I have Windows 7, 64 bit. Main problem is that during the instalation (8 of 12) I see communication that "The installer has encountered an unexpected error installing this package. THis may indicatea problem with this package. The error code is 2738 "

Then I click "OK" and installation keep going. Then after all everything seems to be ok. I launch ACAD and then there show windows: main (with words Checking license) and another - "Autodesk Licensing". In addition "Autodesk Licensing" is white... empty.. just nothing. Then I close this window. After this action shows "product license activation" and "license expired" - I just have installed it. What is more I am a student and I have activation serial number and product key. In the option "browser download" there is an oprtion to write in those numbers, but at the end there is the same problem again and again.... Could somebody help me?
