Problem with exporting AutoCAD Map 2010 licence

Hi,

 

My client has problems when trying to export AutoCAD Map 2010 licence through Licence Transfer Utility.

He gets error - "The serial number you entered is not valid. Try again (1)".

 

The serial number is already registered, activated and valid.

Do they have subscription, ? have they upgraded the license to 2011 ?

Yes they had subscription which expired on 4/13/2010. Under that contract they received AutoCAD 2011 which is also registered and activated.
