problem with educational autocad

i m sign in autocad like a student beacause i am studing at genoa University and before i installed trial version of the software. now, how can i use autocad the student version?

Please, try creating a new account using a different email address and try again to obtain a serial number.

Hey, i'm experiencing some problems with an educational product too. Robot Structural Analysis. 
I've downloaded the product with my student account & installed the software. The Auttodesk gave me the trial version & said to comeback later for the product key and serial number. 
I forgot to comeback for that and now my trial product has expired and i can't activate it because i don't have a product key nor a serial number.

Can somebody solve this?
