Problem with download/install

I just bought Sketchbook Pro 6 for Windows and the window that opens where you're supposed to download from, tells me "Access Denied!"

I really need this program. Please help.

You can download Sketchbook Pro 6 from our Virtual Agent following these instructions. Then, simply use the serial number and product key you received for your purchased to activate the software.
