Problem when I open Maya with Internet conection (i cant activate license)

Hi everyone, sorry about my english first at all. I have a problem when I open Maya. If I open Maya when my Internet is Off, I can use the trial version. But if I try to activate my license or I open the program when the Internet is On, the mistake appears.

I have talk with autodesk personal, and They give me a manual activation code, but the problem is that I cant neither open the program. The mistake appears one or two seconds later I clic maya icon.

It seems as the problem happen when the program tries to conect to the internet to activate de license.

PS:  I have Checked System Requirements; I Get Administrator Permissions; User Account Control (UAC) is disable; and TEMP folder si empty.
