Problem transfering standalone license

We have a standalone 2011 LT license on an old laptop and are wanting to tranfer to a higher spec laptop.

When i tryed using the license transfer tool i get "invalid key".

I have uninstalled the LT off the old laptop and tryed activating on the new laptop but i am still getting "invalid key".

 

Do you have a solution?

Hi KJMarsden,

 

If the serial number is in upgraded status, the transfer utility won't work.

 

If you want me to check it, please send it to me via private message (click on my name and then "send private message")

 

Did you try to simply activate the product on the new computer with serial number and product key?
