Problem running deploy

We are running 2006. Have run deployments in the past from the server
without a problem.

Yesterday attempted to run a deployment on a new PC, and am getting prompted
for the Serial number prior to the install. OK, fine..I enter it...upon
completion of the install I am then asked for authorization code. This is
not a stand alone, so this should not be happening.

What am I missing?

My dealer has no clue.....

Sorry..not authoriztion code, but an "activation" code.

On your deployment, did you click stand-alone or network deploy?

I guess worst case, you can convert it afterwards to network via the registry fix.
