Problem in downloading Auto CAD by suing download manager

Hi,

I m currently using Windows 8, 64bit and facing problem with downloading AutoCAD as a student...

Trying to use download manager, it shows that I have connection problem but I am in fact logging in the web...

Futhermore, when I try to download it with install now, it says that I have location error and in some countries it is unable to be downloaded. I am currently living in Malaysia..

Can anyone please help me to solve this error??????????

Can you please disable your firewall and anti-virus programs during the download and download the product directly from our Virtual Agent using these instructions?

You will then be able to activate the product using the serial number provided to you by the Education Community.
