Post Installation - Custom Configuration

There used to be extensive data available on all of the various options for configuration (ie..paths, display, system, etc) but this documentation seems to have gotten less and less informative.

 

For example:  how does one change the path for dictionaries in revit?

 

Is this information available in a PDF somewhere?
