Poruduct Key Problems.

Hi I have been Advised by my university to download the students free software AutoDesk 3Ds for Game Design software. Im having problems activating my Prouduct Key and  Number. I am new to installing this prouduct and have no idea what to do. Ho do i get my Key and number? Thanks

Welcome to our forums.
 
If you have already downloaded the student version on Education Community, your serial number and product key should show in your account. Login with your User ID and Password, then click on 'My Software' (left).

Please note that we are currently experiencing issues within the Education Community and this is creating activation errors. We have posted a workaround on our AutodeskCare website.
 
If you are not sure that you downloaded the software correctly, please take a look at this online solution.
 
If you are still unable to activate the software, send us your serial number through a Private Message, so that we can troubleshoot the issue. To do so, click on my profile name (simona.golisciano) and then on "Send this user a private message".
