Point users support files to admin so secondary installer doesn't run

When a user logs off of the windows xp desktop the users profile is deleted.  When a user runs 2011 autocad electrical the secondary installer runs again because the support files are not in the users profile.  How do you redirect the files that are installed by the secondary installer to point to the local admin support files?

I don't think it is good idea to change these to admin profile due to permission issues.

This is the common behavior on secondary installer (for Autocad, should be similar for Electrical)

one will have to work within this limitation to change any paths.

Do anyone know how to redirect the support files that write to the user profile directory to the local admin support directory?  This would be the file that the secondary installer installs if they are not there.
