PLU Error 13.1.6

I am trying to export a license to another computer using the Portable License Utility. When I go to create the file, I receive error code 13.1.6. How can this be fixed?

The PLU is not worth the effort. If you are having problems, simply reactivate your license on the new computer. If you have problems with this, call Autodesk Activations at 1-800-551-1490.
