What program? Cuuld be a few things. First, uninstall and reinstall- it may help.
Next, you can make sure the service is running.
1.) In the windows run box type Services.msc and press enter
2.) Look for "FlexNet Licensing Service" and "Flexnet Licensing Service 64". Make sure they are both running.
3.) retest
4.) If this is still an issue, I woudl delete the tsf.data file and retry.
This is a licensing file and looks like this:
ADSKFLEX_NUMBERS_TSF.data - it should be located here:
C:\ProgramData\FLEXnet
