Please Help

INSTALL ISSUE.PNGI am a student and Have been trying to install this for my class and Really need help I have tried everything,

Sorry to hear that you're having problems downloading your software.

Please use our "Autodesk Virtual Agent" to download it.

That should resolve the issue you encounter.
