Please Help can not clear Borrowed licenses

I have 2 licenses that will not clear from my FlexLM account.

One is a standard AutoCAD 2010. One is a AutoCAD 2011 Electric. FlexLM has been Stop, Started,Restarted,Reread, uninstall, reinstalled, upgraded. These 2 licenses still show up. Users have assured me that they have check in the license and are not even in the programs.
If I go to show me borrow licenses it show nothing. So cannot force check in from the server side.

Hi,

Where do you see "These 2 licenses still show up" and "If I go to show me borrow licenses it show nothing" ?
If you do a "Perform status enquiry", do you see some user with a text with "Linger" ?
If yes, then check i license from the pc of this user.

Yes they do say Linger.

Under LMTools Borrow licenses it says that there is no borrowed licenses.
So I cannot force a check in, because it says noting is checked out.
Users told me they checked out a license and returned the license.
They were not in the program.
Still will not clear.
I asked them to check out the license and return it again and make sure they are not in AutoCAD.
Still will not clear.
I have tried LMRemove -clean
Still will not clear.

I have checked the registry key under Current User & Local Machine FlexLM Borrow nothing.

LMTools Borrow licenses doesn't be used.
Autodesk doesn't support this function.
If all users have return try this :
Create a file with the name adskflex.opt in the same folder as your Autodesk license file
In it write : Timeoutall 900
Restart your service and redo a perform status enquiry.
