Planning to Change Motherboard

I am using AutoCAD 2013 on a Windows 7 Ultimate machine. In planning a motherboard change, how do I insure that I will not need to reactivate my license?

Not planning to alter the hard drive in any way, except to re-authorize Windows if necessary.

You cannot ensure that it won't break.  Changing your mobo will absolutely 100% invalidate your license.  You will have to delete the activation files under C:\ProgramData\Flexnet\adsk* once replaced and then reactivate the software.  The LTU won't work for you in this scenario.

Good Luck!
