PDF as OLE

I have lost the ability to insert an Adobe PDF as an OLE object in MEP 2010. Is this a problem within the settings for the CAD program, or my Adobe? Any ideas on what I need to do to fix it?Man Sad

I use the menu tab Insert button. From the drop down menu I select OLE object. In the Create New dialougue box, Adobe Document is no longer available as a selectable file type. See the attached picture.

I have done a repair of the program, but the issue still exists.
