opening Autocad

 Hi 

I just downloaded Autocad 2017 and when i try to launch it, it shows :

Contact your administrator to request permission to use this product ??

It shows the right Serial number but i cant click on the activate button ?

I received a Activate code but dont know where to use it ? 

I have seen that another user where having the same problem just with the 2016 version 

and the solution for him was to wait for it to sync. 

Not the solution here ?

Please help me.

We are currently experiencing an issue which is preventing some subscription customers from accessing AutoCAD. We apologize for the inconvenience and are working to resolve the issue.
