On to solidworks

I am not posting this to be a jerk. Just the facts, I have used autosketch for years and have tried for four days to load a trial version of Inventor LT, Autocad LT and etc. I have taken the advice given on forum with no luck. The only "technical support" I can get is a chat session and only when  want to purchase. I cannot find ANY WAY to talk to a person on the phone from Autodesk. So my only hope is to wait days if at all for someone from the forum to post some advice. I would call to tell Autodesk instead of posting this but .....

Thanks for everyones help though!Smiley Happy

have you tried contacting a reseller?

Autodesk does most of their business through their reseller channel

WOW! Fixed! The program extraction defaults to create an AUTODESK folder direct to c: drive. I created a desktop folder to extract to and bamb! it worked. Hope this helps anyone else who has same problem.
