Object Enabler Plant 3D 2013 doesn't detect Autocad, doesn't offer installation

I installed Autocad Plant 3D 2013 as well as Navisworks Simulate 2015. I am unable to install Plant 3D 2013 Object Enabler, installer keeps telling me that I need an Autodesk product on the system. Revit is also installed as well as many more Autodesk products. Where do I go from here? I need to install Object Enabler because fittings are not displayed in Navisworks Simulate 2015. Any help appreciated.

Preferably, the object enablers should be the same release year as the application you want to use to read the DWG file (and be able to see the custom objects in). So if you want Plant 3D objects to show up in Navisworks for example--and you have Plant 3D 2013 but Navisworks 2015--you’ll need the OEs for 2015.  The OEs from Plant 3D 2013 are looking for 2013 products. Also, In your Navisworks 2015 Options (F12), try setting your DWG loader version to 2013:

Hi All, I have the same problem. On my computer I have installed AutoCad Plant 3D 2013 64-bit and AutoCad LT 2016 64-bit (OS is Windows 7 Enterprise SP1 64-bit). Can not install AutoCad Plant 3D 2013 Object Enabler 64-bit as installer says that: "To install AutoCad Plant 3D Object Enabler you must have an AutoCad based product installed on your system" But have have it - AutoCad Plant 3D 2013 64-bit Do you know how to solve that problem?
