Now this reference error #111

I got this error  reference error #111.  Is there a way to get my money back and just try to get this on steam?  Someone please help me. Thanks guys and have a good day.

win 7 64bit Maya lt 2015 and Mudbox 2015 I get this when I try and sign in the subscription customer.
