not possible to install service packs for EC 2011 (3dsmax)

Hi. i have tried to install the service packs for 3dsmax 2011 in EC 2011, but unfortunatelly without success. The MSI-Installer just reports, the application is obviously not installed. So i tried the SPs for 2010 and 2011 of 3dsmax. Always the same error. Someone an idea ? Thanks...and please no laughing about the fact, that i've been trying to install the SPs for that older version first now 😄 😛 I wouldn't do, if i haven't experienced the application errors in last time

You can uninstall Max and then re-install it and include the update.  You need to hit the CONFIGURE button for that option to show up.
