Not installed 3ds Max Design 2014

Я попытался установить 3ds Max Design 2014 для образования. Когда "Общий прогресс" показал 8 из 13 оставшихся, установка была прервана и диалоговое окно: "1: 5 2: adlmPITSetProductInformation удалось 3:. 26". Я нажал на кнопку "OK", то установка будет продолжена, но по завершении, ничего устанавливать.
Пожалуйста скажите мне, как я могу решить эту проблему.

Hello, TravisNave. I could not solve my problem. I have a folder is missing "AdLM". So I can not change its properties or delete the file 'ProductInformation.pit'. But the reason is not in hidden folders. Hidden files are also displayed from the moment the first time I tried to reinstall 3ds Max Design 2014.

See if you can actually put the path in your address bar to make sure it does not exist:

C:\ProgramData\Autodesk\Adlm

You might try to reinstall as administrator and then launch it as
administrator. Turn off UAC and antivirus. It might not have permission to
create that folder.
