Not able to download civil 3d

When I try to download the software I am sked to log in. An error comes up saying that I am already logged in and am not able to get the software. It seems that my account is stuck in a loop where I am asked to reregister my account. I am able to access my account information but cannot download any student software. Please help

you can always download the software from the trial site, (your serial number will make up the license for it)

 

to fix the account please email

 

studentcommunity@autodesk.com
